Whitepaper / RFC Submissions

We are an open source community.  When we form our groups and they are successful, we encourage groups to submit a Request for Comments (RFC).

This is similiar to how the Internet Engineering Task Force published many of the guiding principles as to how the Internet itself works.

In our case, we form Octologues to accomplish an ethical goal.  Using the Octologue process, we produce publications which serve as a set of precedents or published best practices when accomplishing a certain goal.

These RFCs will become a set of templates that anyone in the world who is looking to achieve similar ends.  As they use the templates, and publish their own papers back as RFCs, anyone who leverages our system and knowledge base will all contributing to the betterment of mankind as they benefit from the work of groups that have preceded them.
